They have a green dot on the back of some and a white and green dot on the others signifying like tolerances. They have been hand selected to be in a tighter tolerance range. One bag they were in has written on it that they are from .02254-.0214 uf.
They measure 12.75mm (.50") X 8.38mm (.33") Lead Length is 5.93mm (.2335")
