THIS IS FOR 5- switchcraft slide switch, this one has 8 contacts the sw handle when in the middle and the 4 inside contacts make connections (2 on each sides) and when pushed to the left the far 2 left make contact w/ the ones next to it and also this side is spring loaded and will return the center when released.when pushed to the right the far rt hand contacts make connection w/ the contacts next to it and this side is not spring loaded and will stay there until you move it back to the center. so this switch has 3 positions.the distance between mounting holes are 1 3/8". ratings are 125 vac 3 amps and 125 vdc .5 amp.new old stock..ITEM
