One foot switch. this one is made by Cutler-Hammer in the USA. I don't have a model or stats on this switch. I would think comparing to the Clipper foot switches I have sold, this would be somewhere in the 10-15-20 amp rating range. I have tested this switch, it works great. 6-1/2" X 3-1/2" X 2"
