Size-00 Allen-Bradley AB 505-TOD Reversing Motor Starter Contactor Relay with heaters. Over $500 replacement cost.
This type of relay contactor magnetic motor starter is generally used where you run something back and forth but must be sure only one direction or item is powered up at a time. There is a mechanical interlock so that if one set of contacts are engaged, it is impossible for the other set to close.
Note the heater block assembly. Looks like this was previously being used on a rather unbalanced load.
