Rigas test stands for rosemount opm opacity monitors
The engineers at RIGAS have developed a convenient new way to position and support opacity monitors while they are being serviced and tested. Our L-shaped test stands are made from two, aircraft grade, 1/2" aluminum plates that are securely bolted together with rust resistant 1/4" steel cap screws. The pre-drilled clearance and attachment holes are positioned to allow mounting the transceiver on the vertical plate in 45 degree increments for optimum working comfort and efficiency.
It is no longer necessary to remove the entire transceiver and retroreflector L-frame assemblies and haul them down from the stack for servicing. With RIGAS test stands, you only need to remove the transceiver and the retroreflector sub-assemblies from the air lenses and then easily attach them to the new test stands in your shop. Each set of stands includes two matching assemblies for supporting the transceiver and retroreflector. The 3 adjustment screws on each stand allow simple and accurate alignment for as-found and as-left audit testing.
RIGAS test stands can be disassembled easily for compact storage. A heavy duty Pelican case is available for convenience and protection. All materials are rust and corrosion resistant. You will be very pleased with how much simpler it will be to service your OPM series opacity monitors when you use our new test stands.
