This adapter fits the J104 "balanced" antenna jack of Collins R-390A Receivers allowing the straight entry of the antenna cable preventing excessive bending of antenna line and possible damaged. Please understand this is an adapter. The antenna line still requires a twinax connector to connect to this adapter.
