E-Flex Enclosed Drive Controllers -
E-Flex AC drives are packaged adjustable speed drive solutions with an AC line disconnect and optional full voltage bypass. The E-Flex drive is a “built to order†system utilizing the Altivar 61 drive chassis mounted in a ferrous metal enclosure, reducing Radio Frequency Interference (RFI), and surrounded by many standard and optional features.
Three enclosure ratings are available: NEMA Type 1 for indoor, non-dusty environments, NEMA Type 12/12K protects against dust and dripping liquids, NEMA Type 3R permits installation on rooftops or other outdoor locations.
Standard Features: Circuit Breaker Disconnect, AC Line fuses NOT required, 3% Line Reactor Standard, NEMA Type 1 Enclosure, Graphic screen with customizable display in plain text, Fused control power transformer, Industrial operator devices, HOA switch and speed pot, UL508C and NEMA ICS 7.1, NEC 2005 Article 409 compliant, 100kA short circuit current rating, Pre-programmed for typical HVAC applications, Top & Bottom conduit knock-outs (except NEMA 3R), Integrated Modbus 485 port, Fire/Freesestats interlock, Form C Run Mode Contact, Form C Fault Contact.
Optional Features: LonWorks, BACnet, Metasys N2 or Apogee P1, Ethernet, Profibus, NEMA Type 12K or 3R Enclosure, 5% Line Reactor, Full voltage bypass, Test/Normal selector switch, Line Contactor, Pilot lights for power on, fault, run and bypass or auto mode, Smoke purge (Fireman’s override), cUL Listing certification, End Damper Control, Seismic qualification.
