Hastings cable slicer 30 inch cutter
Cutter appears to be in good condition. The following flaws are noted:
1.The tool and stickers have the expected scuffs and blemishes. I can't read the model number on this
2. Blades show minor pitting on the cutting edge. Not sure that this would interfere with the function, but these are shallow enough that even a superficial sharpening should take them out.
3. One black insulated handle has a split (about 2 inches in length)
I don't know the relative sharpness of this (I don't have anything suitable to cut), but these look as though they are in good condition.
