As you can see from the photo these are very well made with heat shrink tubing over the solder connections and two tie-wraps on the leads even though they are only about four inches long! You can always move the center female pin to the other outside position on the Molex (with the right tool, not included) or remove the connector altogether and solder leads directly or add your own connector.
