JAPAN Servo Driver in good conditions before remove from EnShu CNC Milling Machine
(85% beauty and clean) SPEC No. SP-5037
Connected and Power ON Tested with old installed EnShu CNC Milling Machine before remove this unit out and kept it in conditioned stock.
This unit remove out because the machine plan to retrofit with the new CNC Controller that not support this driver type.
The Controll PCB(front layer) and PowerModules(back layer) are in original set, look clear and clean, not burning or un authorized modified.
Seen No repair or parts replacement before, Product in JUL.84
This board conditions is good in 80-85% looks and also working in last time before kept in stock, I tested on the real operating machine.
Any trimpot(VR) or adjustment points or calibration points still in same of it old possitions or marked from originl Pcb. maker factory!
Any DIP switches setting, toggle switches or all of electronics component on this board is original, not seen the repair or replacement crack in over all of this board!
No wire jumper for un authorized modify, no Pcb. copper trace cutting or corrupt of pads -donuts -trace or solder-desolder ruts. It have only the board revision modified from original Pcb.maker factory!
Any sockets or connectors on this board also was looked clearly, not broken, connectors pins not bend, no much more rust or dirt oxide!
Any electro-mechanical ont this Pcb. for exem- the relays was still in its old place, no replacement with other board, no changed before, It was original code. Even the fuses it was old items!!
On this board, It also have the original Pcb.name and Pcb.code and Pcb.serial number even of the QC sticker still at its placed!
The component on this board also have some of hard-to-find parts, some module, some HIC, some make for oem. oder only parts.
