The MRSI-375 Precision Assembly Work Cell is a flexible automated work cell ideally suited for a wide variety of dispense and assembly applications. It can be configured with virtually any combination of dispense and assembly heads - one dispense head and one pick and place head, dual dispense heads or dual pick and place heads. The SMEMA compatible MRSI-375 can be combined to create turnkey integrated lines. As process needs change, the lines can be re-configured, minimizing future capital investments. The MRSI-375 combines both dispense and assembly capability in a modular design that offers not only great flexibility, but the ability to add capability and performance as it is needed. Ideally suited for a wide variety of applications including: Eutectic Die Attach, Flip Chip, and Chip-on-Board.
