The ME-63 is a relay board for the ISA bus with 16 reed relays
each of which has one close contact. Every relay has an LED associated
with it which is lit as soon as the corresponding relay is
closed. The ME-63 also offers four digital TTL inputs allowing for
example, external signals to be used for control purposes. The
external connections are made through the D-Sub 37pin connector.
