Sharp LM48019K 480X320 mono graphic lcd display panel
Each sale is for one Sharp LM48019K 480x320 monochrome LCD panel. Viewing area measures approximately 5" x 3¼". Panel is less than ¼" thick. The row/column drivers are on-board, but there is no controller or backlight. You cannot connect these directly to your parallel port! New in factory packaging with protective film still attached. Connection is via a 20-position 0.5mm-pitch ribbon. We don't have the exact mating connector, but we'll include 2 pieces of Hirose FH12-22S-0.5SH. These look like very simply parts to use. Only 3.3V (logic) and 24.3V (LCD) are required in addition to the signal data.
Our research suggests that these displays are surplus from Apple's Newton MessagePad 2000/2100. The backlight and touchscreen on those models were separate components and are not included in this sale.
