Data sheet: Here is the MuRata datasheet for these fine capacitors. These particular capacitors are similar to part number DHS4E4G441MHXB. They appear to be selected from among this part number (with a much narrower range of capacitance variation with temperature). They are not listed specifically in this data sheet. They could well be a special purchase item by the original purchaser.

Applications Information: These capacitors are very useful for homebuilt Tesla coils, pulsed lasers, and Marx generators. They are normally arranged in parallel to obtain the desired capacitance.
