Here you are looking at one set of AD8307AR and AD603AR which they can work together to provide the state-of-the-art IF measurements in applications such as spectrum/network analyzers and other high dynamic range instrumentation.
AD8307 is a 92 dB Logarithmic Amplifier and AD603 is a Low Noise, Voltage-Controlled Amplifier for use In RF And IF AGC Systems. These NOS parts now provide an upgrade path for your homebrew Spectrum Analyzer and Scaler Network Analyzer. Details on this 120dB measurement can be found on page 16 of AD8307 datasheet. This chip is very common, so for sure you would find lots of project reference from the interent. I show one here in the reference below.
