New Old Stock (purchased in March, 2004) 256 feet of Belden Tray Cable with 3 power conductors (black) and 1 ground (green) Stranded. New on original spool, been sitting on a shelf in my shop with no damage to the wire just a couple of scrapes on the spool and a little dust from sitting.
Specs: Type TC, Flexible Motor Supply Cable used on frequency drives. 600 volt, 90 deg C, RHW-2,CORS, XLPE, PVC. Rated for Dry or Wet locations, Sunlight resistant, Rated for Direct Burial open wiring. Black outer shell. U.L.listed. Manufactured by Belden in Canada.
The wire is copper conductor and shielded to prevent interference from frequency drives, the shield should be grounded to the drive or earth ground or it won't help, also you should only ground one end of the shield.
