This is an Omron C40K-CDR-A. Source: 100-240 VAC 50/60 HZ 60 VA. IN: 24 VDC 7MA, OUT: 24VDC / 250 VAC 2A Max. There is also a C40P-EDR-A expansion unit. Soure: 100-240 VAC 50/60 HZ 40 VA. IN: 24 VDC 7MA, OUT: 24 VDC / 250 VAC 2A Max.
These units came out of operating equipment that was being updated. I opened up these units and I'm no electronics expert but everything looks good. No battery corrosion, broken or missing parts that I can see. I put power to them and they power up but other than that I have no way to test them.
