This controller came in a lot of new spare parts with a tag on it that it tested ok on 5/02 by the company that originally purchased it. Consequently, it has been mounted and power connected to the terminals, but it does not appear the three snap-on connectors for the boards have ever been used (They are included in the factory bag that is still attached as shown). The drive also shows NO signs of wear, or extended use and is absolutely spotless!

* The Mounting Flange is 5.88” square, the clearance mounting holes (0.406” Diam.) are on a 7” B.C & the tapped ones (0.375-16 x 0.38 deep) are on a 5.875” B.C.
* It has a 4.5” centering diameter and a 1.125” diameter shaft with 0.25” x 0.25” x 1.50” key
This also came in a lot of new spare parts so it may have a few cosmetic marks on the body. However, the caps are still on the connectors, the face & shaft are unharmed and the key is still taped to the shaft. It also has a small tag/mark on the main metal tag that says it has been factory remanufactured and it has not been used or mounted since. In the pictures there is some grease & packing dust on the shaft-It is NOT harmed or corroded.
