PARKER DYNASERV SERVO ACTUATOR DRIVE SR1015B62-4SN*1C (DR-1015B-230). INPUT POWER 230VAC.
Unit is used and was pulled out from working system. Few mounting screw for front panel plate is missing and has one dent at the bottom part of the casing.
