The switch is just as you see it.
This is a weird switch. There are four terminals. Two always show about 14 ohms between them. One of these two and the other two go to zero ohms when the button is pushed. The terminal with resistance then shows 14 ohms to the other three.
You can just ignore this terminal and have a switch that acts as a SPST normally open switch or one that connects three separate circuits all together.
OH well! It is pretty and has a big red button. Screws included.
