I do not know the amperage rating. I did remove #2 Awg copper conductors from the lugs. There is a threaded whole on top for 2 1/2" conduit. Screwed into that is a reducing bushing from 2 1/2 - 2" and screwed into that is a 2" threaded gutter connector. All of that will be included. Everything is metal and the box looks like explosion proof but im not certain. However it looks like someone tried drilling a new hole on the bottom unsuccefully. That is shown in the 3rd picture. With everything this weighs almost 14lbs.
