This is the SMT NPN Power Transistor Design Kit #2. It includes the very popular MJD31CT which is the SMT version of the TIP31, NPN, Power Transistor. It is rated at a Vcbo = 100 Volts, Ic = 3 Amps, and Pc = 15 watts. This is an exellent Audio Power Transistor and also a great Output Power Driver for relays, lamps, motors, solenoids, and much more.
This kit also has 8 different values of SMT Power Resistors, 22 different values of SMT Resistors, different values of SMT Ceramic Capacitors, SMT Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Diodes, SMT Trimpots, SMT LEDs, and an output Relay.
