MC12079 2.8GHZ+ ÷64/128/256 prescaler divider (qty:3)
This 3pc-lot prescalers from Motorola help Phase Lock Loop (PLL) design by providing a dividing function to the rf signal. Although it was specified at 2.8GHz, I use this at 3GHz+ (I don't guarantee though!) with selectable ÷64, ÷128 or ÷256 ratios by pin 3 & 6. For divide-by-2 prescaler, please check my other upb1508.
Check its operating frequency range from below graph!
