This is the RF NPN Transistor Amplfier SMT Design Kit #1. It includes the very popular Infineon NPN Silicon RF Transistor, the BF799W in the SMT SOT-23 package. This transistor was designed for use in linear broadband amplifiers up to 500MHz and in SAW filter drivers in TV tuners. Included in this kit are enough SMT Resistors, SMT Aluminum, Ceramic & Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Inductors, SMT Trimpots, SMT Variable Capaciotrs, SMT Diodes, SMT Crystals, SMT LEDs, two Electret Microphones, a Speaker, and an SMT Relay to develop numerous circuits. There are also 4 different Clock Oscillators as an RF source to assist in your designs, as well as, some electronic hardware to interface your designs to the outside world.
