This is a used FCI 12-64B-AOB1. It was removed from working service after a short time in an air duct being used to prove air flow.
I have three of these available. This product is used and should be thoroughly tested by qualified personnel before being put in service.

FCI's first and most widely used flow switch monitor, the 12-64B BASIC insertion type flow switch provides low flow detection over a wide flow range. Any type of external control system can be actuated from either the normally open or closed output contacts of the instrument's on-board control circuit board DPDT relay.
The flow sensing element of the instrument and its modular control circuit are mounted in a rugged aluminum enclosure that is Factory Mutual, CSA, CENELEC and CE Mark approved for hazardous location service.
The wetted surfaces of the sensing element are 316 stainless steel with nickel-braze providing resistance to most liquid, gaseous and particulate media.
0.015 to 0.5 fps [0.005 to 0.15 mps]
0.01 to 2.0 fps [0.003 to 0.61 mps]
1.0 to 125 sfps [0.3 to 38 smps] at standard conditions of
70° F [21.1° C] and 14.7 psia [1.013 bar(g)].
Repeatability: 1% of full signal range at constant process conditions.
Response Time: As low as 10 seconds.
Enclosure: Epoxy coated aluminum enclosure is rated for hazardous location use (Class I and II, Division 1 and 2, Group B, C, D, E, F and G; and EEx d IIC) and resists the effect of weather and corrosion (NEMA and CSA Type 4X and equivalent to IP66).
Agency Approvals: FM, CSA, CENELEC and CE Mark.
Materials of Construction: All wetted surfaces 316 stainless steel with nickel braze per process specification AMS 4777.
