API GETTYS RAPIDSYN STEPPING STEPPER STEP MOTOR DRIVE CNC EMCO
* This listing is for a API Gettys Stepper Motor (up to 10 Motors available, price is for 1 motor)
* Some motors are marked Rapidsyn which was still their name when API bought them out. All motors are the same and have identical specifications.
* These motors are Nema 23 frame and have a 1/4 inch diameter shaft. They come with all the hardware as shown in the pictures, but you can strip them down and use them as shown in the video.
* These are 6 wire motors, but I am using them as a 4 wire motor. Nice to have the ability to use either way.
* As shown, they have a optical sensor that you can use for a home position sensor. It is very easy to hook up. Just add 5 volts thru a resistor (about 330 ohms) and the output of the sensor will interface with most devices.
