Adept Cartesian Robot Assembly Cell- Used in PCB Assembly in a clean room environment. Robot is the 90400 Series Cartesian. X Axis part number 90400-10060. Y Axis part number 90400-20035. Z axis part number 90402-40023. The Controller is an EXC Series, part number 90400-81021. The robot was used to insert screws in a circuit board assembly line. Vibratory feed bowl, Allen Bradley SLC-500 12 Slot chassis with 5/04 Controller was used to control the conveyor(not included). Installed in the chassis, along with the 5/04 processor, are the following 11 Modules, 3 32 Point Source Inputs, 3 32 Point Source Outputs, Sink 32 Point Input, Source 32 Point Output, Sink 16 Point Input, Relay 16 Point Output, and Basic Module. 80/20 T-Slot Aluminum and Plexiglass enclosure will be included. Adept Cartesian robot features three axis movement, controlled by an Adept EXC Controller, including pendant. Proface Human Interface Device also included.
