NOVITAS SWITCHPACK POWER SUPPLY 13-031
Novitas Switchpack Model 13-031 can withstand reasonable inrush currents typically 10 to 20 times the normal steady state operating current. Passive electronic ballasts normally fall within this range.
The Switchpack, when combined with a Novitas® Sensor and an Energy Management or HVAC system, will control the lighting and HVAC automatically. It can also control contactors.
The Switchpack is compatible with circuits which require a normally open contact and also with those which require a normally closed contact. The Switchpack combines a Class 2 power supply and an isolated Form C relay in a single housing, eliminating the need to install and wire separate transformers and relays when installing Novitas Sensors. This can be used on either 120 or 277 VAC circuits and is UL listed.
A single Switchpack can provide power for up to five Sensors. Up to ten Switchpacks can be connected to one Sensor for control of multiple circuits. Isolated contacts may also be used to control HVAC contactors, motors, etc.
