The capacitor is made in Russia for military power applications. Sporting low internal inductance capacitor stores tremendous amount of energy and is capable to produce discharge currents peaking well over 1,000 Amps. A metal file size of a finger breaks into pieces if applied to terminals of a fully charged capacitor. Factory claims the dissipation factor at 50kHZ does not exceed 0.008. The dielectric used is polyethylene-terephtalate with some sort of dry resin. No PCB containing oil. The capacitor is BIPOLAR.
The capacitor is slightly used, it is in an excellent electric and good cosmetic shape. It has been removed from working equipment.
