The filter will work well to isolate the mid Red region of the spectrum. It also works as an excellent emission filter for dyes like Cy3.5, where maximum light is desired.
The filter specifications follow:Central Wavelength 647 +- 5nm, Half Bandwidth 32 +- 5nm, transmission typical 75%, Attenuation range UV to 540nm, and 600 to 1050nm, Size 25 mm, mounted in Anodized Al holder.
