*CONDITION: Puller has noticeable surface rust, lots of surface soil. The handle swings out and back into a closed position without any problems. The tape was pulled out a short distance then rolled back up without any problems. The wood handle is in good shape except for soil and stains. Item has its dings, knicks, scratches, marks and wear.
