This is a government surplus item from the estate of an electronics guru and Silicon Valley pioneer. He was also heavily into Ham radio.
Since the item was not commercially available, the only specs I have are what is hand written on the unit:
It measures roughly: 1 3/4" x 2" x 3 13/16"
It's in pretty decent condition, though, as you can see from the pictures, there is some discoloration to the connectors. They do not appear to be dinged or dented or otherwise damaged in any way.
