This is a single Leviton #2350-IG orange locking receptacle. It is Industrial Specification Grade, NEMA L9-20R, 2-pole, 3-wire, Isolated Ground, 20A 600V. Isolated ground systems use a separate pure ground path to avoid the electrical noise and interference that can hamper electronic equipment in a typical shared ground environment.
