Condition: The disconnect is in very good used condition. Three holes have been drilled in enclosure: Left side one 1 1/8" hole. Bottom one 1 5/16" and one 1/2" hole. The 1/2" hole is required for a Nema 12 drain. The plastic part of the switch lever is faded. The white label on the inside of door is missing.
